Full job description

To support the Sales & BD team in the achievement of daily tasks and strategic activity.

Maintenance of CRM system
Accurate completion of KPI reports
All trackers up to date and communicated

Supporting the Business Development & Sales Managers to reach their objectives and performing clerical duties such as:

Managing the CRM system (Dynamics365)
Completing administrative tasks
Tender submission preparation and support
Co-ordinating meetings and office communications
Ensuring that all KPI measures are up to date and accurate.
Monitoring & tracking SLA’s & keeping them updated
Credit Checks
Receive & distribute Sales & Marketing calls (3CX)
Managing and distributing shared email inboxes
Managing Sales enquiries and Lead allocation
Reporting data to the Sales team using CRM system
Customer visit preparation & boardroom maintenance
Organising international travel
Event Management and Bookings
QMS Document Control
Monitoring the internal Gateway process
Ordering of consumables
Maintaining online documents for the sales & BD team
Other general administrative tasks
Management of subscriptions (ie. CoC, SMMT, Lead Forensics)
Initial management of 3rd party sales resource

A recognised qualification within business administration

Must have a ‘Can Do Attitude’ and a desire to improve

· Be a finisher · Must be able to resolve and prioritise conflicting requirements

Good listener with the ability to resolve issues
Able to identify improvements and see those improvements though to implementation
Customer and service focused
Willingness to take charge and resolve issues
Must be determined, keen to learn and develop within the business
Team player
Able to work on own initiative
Full, clean driving license
Must have good attention to detail

Experience in an administrative and/or sales background is essential
Proven administration abilities & excellent organisational skills
Efficient at dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
A dynamic, pro-active approach to work ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly
The ability to manage and prioritise several projects at the same time.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proven ability to put the customer’s requirements at the heart of what you do, striving to always deliver high quality customer service
Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
