Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
Manage the bar area efficiently, including restocking supplies and cleaning surfaces to ensure a tidy environment.
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders effectively during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Basic maths skills for handling payments and managing tabs.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
