Full job description

Provide details of Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day delivery of repair services for jobs over £1k via external contractors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value for money.
Support and collaborate with Regional Surveyors in their roles across geographical areas.
Working closely with the Head of Strategic Asset Management, implement the Investment Programme on time and within budget.
Working with the Head of Health and Safety and Compliance, undertaking Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos Re-Inspections ensure resulting actions are completed.
Working with the Head of Repairs, manage the delivery of repairs that evolve into major works.
Support the coordination of Planned and void Works programmes, aligned with long-term asset strategy.
Assist in procurement and tendering processes for repairs and planned works, ensuring compliance with financial and procurement regulations.

Monitor and control expenditure to ensure delivery stays within allocated budgets, identifying efficiencies and driving cost-effective solutions.
Develop contractor relationships to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Collaborate with compliance and customer leads to ensure asset works meet both regulatory and experiential goals.
Track KPIs, report performance, and manage risk effectively across all areas of responsibility.
Support Portus Property Management in driving performance, innovation, and customer-focused delivery.

£40,000 + £5500 car allowance
