Full job description

ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport is looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Guest Service Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week with a salary of up to £28,700 per annum plus benefit. Located just minutes from one of the UK's busiest airports, our hotel welcomes travellers from around the world and delivers the unique personality, creativity and warm hospitality that ibis Styles is known for. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who can help lead our front office operation and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

As Guest Service Manager, you will be a key member of the hotel's team, leading the reception and guest service operation while creating an engaging and supportive environment for colleagues. You will oversee daily front office activities, manage guest feedback and service recovery, support team training and development, ensure brand standards are maintained, and work closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, supporting the operation and inspiring the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience within a hotel environment and previous supervisory or management experience in Front Office, Reception or Guest Services. You will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues professionally and motivating a team to achieve high standards of service.
