Overview

We are seeking a fun and motivated Preschool Room Leader to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As a key leader within our team, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe space where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your leadership will foster a positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while leading a dedicated team of childcare professionals.

Duties

Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and age-appropriate for preschool-aged children
Manage and supervise a team of early childhood educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote teamwork and professional growth
Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards that stimulate curiosity and learning
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
Oversee daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences for children

Experience

Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings, preferably as a nursery or preschool supervisor or leader
Extensive experience working directly with children in nursery or preschool environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
Valid childcare or nursery qualifications Level 3
Valid driving license is essential no local public transport
