WestShore Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering firm providing innovative design, consulting, and project management services across commercial, industrial, municipal, and infrastructure projects. Position Summary

WestShore Engineering is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, expand our client portfolio, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within public and private sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, municipalities, and key stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.

Prepare proposals, presentations, bids, and service agreements.

Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within engineering, construction, or consulting services.

Previous sales leadership or management experience preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Knowledge of engineering consulting services and the construction industry.

Strong strategic planning and business development abilities.

Leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
