We specialise in first-time buyers and self-employed residential mortgages, but our reputation attracts a wide variety of clients. Our mission is to make the mortgage and protection process straightforward, transparent, and stress-free.

The Role: Self-Employed Trainee Mortgage Broker

This is a self-employed position, ideal for someone looking to take control of their career while being supported by a highly experienced and reputable brokerage.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own time, clients, and earnings, with ongoing mentoring from myself and our compliance team.

While some leads will be provided, success in this role will also come from your ability to generate and nurture your own business. You’ll never be left on your own, though — my team and I will always be available to offer guidance and support whenever needed.

Access to a network of 20 experienced brokers via WhatsApp for ongoing advice and collaboration
Sales-focused compliance support, helping you find solutions rather than red tape

What We’re Looking For

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification required
Ability to generate and develop new business
Excellent relationship-building skills
Strong ability to work independently
Passionate, enthusiastic, and eager to grow
Desire to become an integral part of a growing business
