Remote Telesales Representative

At A&S Landscape, we're looking for a Remote Telesales Representative to help us identify new opportunities, build relationships and support the continued growth of our business. This isn't a high-pressure sales role. Instead, you'll be starting conversations, researching projects, qualifying opportunities and helping our wider team connect with the right people at the right time.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the phone. You'll typically make around 200 outbound calls a day, so you'll need the energy, resilience and consistency to ensure every conversation is professional, friendly and engaging.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with businesses to identify potential opportunities.
Qualifying prospects against agreed criteria.
Researching projects, organisations and key decision makers.
Identifying and gathering useful market intelligence.
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM.
Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to share insights and opportunities.
Helping us continually improve the quality of our data and prospect information.

We'll provide full training on our systems and approach. What we can't teach is the enthusiasm, resilience and positive mindset needed to succeed in a role that involves speaking to lots of new people every day.

Working with us

Fully remote role. However, you must be able to attend our Shrewsbury office when required. Applicants should ideally be within approximately two hours travel of the office by car.
Flexible working hours.
Full training provided, including an initial training day at our Shrewsbury office.
Ongoing support through regular one-to-one meetings and team catch-ups.
Optional opportunities to work from the office and attend team meetings throughout the year.
