Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, manicure and pedicure
Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services or products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment to ensure client safety
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to support their ongoing beauty journey
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist
Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and build rapport with clients
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for beauty therapy practice is preferred but not mandatory
A positive attitude combined with enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best
