Overview

Personal & Business Assistant – Construction, Operations & Marketing

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and practical Personal & Business Assistant to work directly with the Director and support the day-to-day management and growth of KTCS Construction.

This is a varied, hands-on position covering construction operations, customer management, administration, marketing, financial administration and personal business support. It is not a purely office-based PA role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s diary, appointments, meetings, calls and daily priorities.
Handle customer enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp and email and maintain professional follow-up.
Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits when required.
Prepare quotations, invoices, project documents and work schedules using KTCS templates.
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and construction schedules.
Visit sites, monitor progress and report issues to the Director.
Order, collect and arrange delivery of construction materials and equipment.
Maintain records of projects, payments, expenses, invoices and outstanding balances.
Assist with bookkeeping, financial administration and general day-to-day company operations.
Assist the Director with property and investment portfolio administration, research, documentation and appointments.
Manage KTCS’s day-to-day marketing activities and online presence.
Coordinate with the company’s website designer/developer to keep the website professional, accurate and updated.
Regularly collect photos and videos from construction sites, including before, during and after project completion.
Create or coordinate short promotional videos, project showcases and other marketing content.
Publish and manage content across the KTCS website and social-media platforms.
Help plan future marketing campaigns, advertisements, videos and promotional materials.
Monitor customer enquiries generated through the website, social media and advertising and ensure they are followed up.
Help maintain consistent company branding across quotations, advertisements, website content and social media.
Assist with other business and personal administrative tasks required by the Director.

Ideal Candidate

We need someone who is organised, energetic, trustworthy and able to take initiative. The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between office work, customer communication and construction sites.

Strong English, Microsoft Office and general computer skills are essential. Experience with social media, digital marketing, Canva/video editing, websites, QuickBooks, construction or property management would be a significant advantage.

A full UK driving licence is highly desirable/essential, because the role involves travelling between clients, construction sites and suppliers.

Most importantly, we need someone who can take ownership of tasks and get things completed rather than waiting for instructions at every stage.
