Tasks / Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operation of the Security team.
Support and guide Security Officers during each shift.
Respond to security incidents, alarms and emergencies.
Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols.
Complete incident reports and investigate security concerns.
Control access for contractors, visitors and deliveries.
Ensure fire safety procedures and inspections are completed.
Liaise with emergency services when required.
Support the Security Manager with training and team development.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.

Essential Attributes

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Previous security supervisory experience.
Good knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good report writing skills.
First Aid qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proactive and professional approach.

Desirable Attributes

Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Fire Warden qualification.
Health & Safety qualification.
CCTV Operator certification.
