Full job description

Ashcourt Plant are looking for an experienced Plant Welder to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, repairs and modificationsacross a wide range of heavy plant, machinery and equipment.

About You

Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator or Plant Welder.
Experience working on heavy plant, quarry or construction equipment.
Competent MIG/MMA welding skills.
Ability to carry out repairs and fabrication to a high standard.
Able to read basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Good understanding of health and safety.
Reliable, practical and able to work independently.
Full UK driving licence
Location Yorkshire/north east
Competitive salary
Van included

Experience with excavators, dumpers, crushers, screens, conveyors and other heavy plant would be beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing plant operation with a varied fleet and workshop environment.
