Full job description

Join our team at Franks Accountants as a Business Support Assistant and immerse yourself in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in supporting senior management to ensure the efficient operation of our Wetherby office.

If you excel in administrative duties and are adept at fostering strong relationships and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing post with necessary follow-ups.
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through superior communication and support.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Management across various tasks.
Create a welcoming environment for visitors at our Wetherby office.
Coordinate and organise meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and refreshments.
Support the MD’s PA with administrative tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Lead and execute projects effectively on behalf of senior management.
Address client inquiries and provide essential administrative support.
Adhere to deadlines within your area of responsibility and manage time effectively.
