Beauty & Skin Therapist

Aurelia Clinic | Warrington, Cheshire

Part-time | 10 hours per week | £18 per hour

Aurelia Clinic is looking for an experienced, passionate and personable Beauty & Skin Therapist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience, with a strong background in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments.

This is not a junior beauty therapist role. We are looking for someone confident, knowledgeable and capable of working independently with clients from day one.

About Aurelia Clinic

Aurelia Clinic is a high-end aesthetics and skin clinic based in Warrington, specialising in advanced skin treatments, skin health and results-driven aesthetics.

We pride ourselves on providing a warm, personal client experience alongside professional, evidence-informed treatments and tailored treatment plans.

We are looking for someone who shares the same standards and genuinely cares about their clients and their results.

The role

You will be responsible for delivering a range of advanced skin and aesthetic treatments to Aurelia Clinic clients, providing an exceptional experience from consultation through to treatment, aftercare and rebooking.

The role will initially be 10 hours per week:

Wednesday: 10am–3pm
Saturday: 10am–3pm (1 Saturday off p/m)

There may be opportunities to increase hours in the future as the clinic grows and demand increases.

HIFU
Laser Hair Removal
IPL / Glass Skin Photofacial
Microneedling
Chemical Peels
Advanced Facials
Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
Skin Consultations
Treatment Planning

Laser hair removal certification (mandatory)

Advanced skin therapist preferred.

Full training and guidance will be provided on Aurelia Clinic’s specific treatment protocols and client journey where required.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

Minimum 3 years’ experience within beauty, skin
Experienced in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments
Confident carrying out treatments independently
Passionate about skin health and achieving great client results
Warm, friendly and naturally personable
Professional, reliable and well presented
Confident carrying out consultations and recommending suitable treatments
Knowledgeable about different skin concerns and treatment options
Excellent at building genuine relationships with clients
Comfortable recommending future treatments and encouraging rebooking
Organised and able to manage their own treatment diary
Comfortable working independently
Able to follow clinic protocols, consultation procedures and aftercare guidelines
Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about their clients, takes pride in their work and genuinely loves skin and aesthetics.

You will be representing the Aurelia Clinic brand, so professionalism, client care, discretion and attention to detail are extremely important to us.

We want someone who is looking for more than simply somewhere to perform treatments — we want someone who wants to build genuine relationships with clients and become part of the clinic long term.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience
Relevant qualifications for the treatments you will be performing
Appropriate professional insurance
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently
Right to work in the UK
