Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Customer Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our organization and our valued customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, informative, and solution-oriented. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, providing prompt and professional assistance
Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse customers in both English and Spanish
Perform accurate data entry to record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including upselling relevant products or services to meet their requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues swiftly and ensure customer concerns are addressed thoroughly
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-up actions, and resolutions for future reference
Demonstrate strong communication skills by actively listening, empathizing with customers, and conveying information clearly

Skills

Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills in both verbal and written formats
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions or upselling opportunities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
Knowledge of customer service best practices and complaint resolution techniques
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with a broader audience
