Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will become a trusted right-hand partner, playing a key role in supporting both strategic and operational priorities across the business. Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the Managing Partner, providing proactive and strategic support.
Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
Prepare briefing packs, presentations, research and meeting materials.
Attend partner meetings, track actions and ensure timely follow-through.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
Support investor relations activities and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Assist with global fundraising efforts, including investor meetings and roadshows.
Prepare and review fundraising and investor communication materials.
Plan and deliver high-profile events, including investor and partner gatherings.
Manage relationships with investors, portfolio companies, advisors and external partners.
Coordinate complex international travel and meeting logistics.
Handle confidential information, correspondence and office operations with discretion.

Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced 1:1 EA or similar position
Experience within financial services or professional services is desirable
Prior investor relations experience required
Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
