Patient Services Team Member

Woodbrook Medical Centre – Loughborough

Woodbrook Medical Centre, a friendly and welcoming GP practice in the heart of Loughborough, is looking to recruit a Patient Services Team Member to join our dedicated team.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a supportive, approachable environment, and we are seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellent patient service.

About the Role

As a Patient Services Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience within the practice.

Your duties will include:

Greeting patients and dealing with enquiries in person and over the telephone
Booking appointments and managing patient records
Providing administrative support to clinicians and the wider team
Maintaining confidentiality and delivering a high standard of customer care

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach
Ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team
Good organisational and IT skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing or healthcare role is desirable but not essential

Working Hours

We can offer a degree of flexibility with working hours; however, the role will include participation in an early/late rota.
