Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor corrugator machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up equipment and make adjustments to maintain product quality and machine performance.
Monitor production output, quality specifications, and waste levels.
Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance activities.
Identify and report equipment faults or process issues.
Work closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and quality teams.
Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles.
Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, and safety.
Follow all site health, safety, environmental, and food packaging standards where applicable.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

Have previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
Experience operating corrugators, converting machinery, or other automated production equipment is highly desirable.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.
Possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Can work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Are flexible and willing to work shifts.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Show a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable Experience

Previous corrugated packaging industry experience.
Forklift Truck Licence (or willingness to be trained).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement techniques.
Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine set-up and changeovers.
