About So.Social Media:
So.Social Media is a dynamic digital marketing agency providing tailored social media and marketing services to a diverse client base. We value efficiency, professionalism and a collaborative team environment.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, organised and confident Part-Time Business Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play an important role in supporting client communications, coordinating proposals and enquiries, maintaining accurate records and helping to ensure the smooth running of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and phone enquiries.
Coordinate incoming new business enquiries and ensure they are followed up appropriately.
Follow internal procedures to create, prepare and send client proposals.
Monitor outstanding proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
Answer general client queries, providing accurate information or escalating to the relevant team member where necessary.
Maintain accurate client and business records across internal systems.
Support the onboarding of new clients and coordination of relevant documentation.
Assist with scheduling, documentation and general business administration.
Support the Office Manager and wider team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Help ensure internal processes and procedures are followed consistently.
Provide general business support to help maintain an efficient and organised office environment.

Skills and Qualities:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional and confident when communicating with clients and prospective clients.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and following up tasks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when required.
Comfortable using email, phone systems and office software.
Confident learning and using internal systems and processes.
Previous experience within administration, business support, customer service or a similar role would be beneficial.
