Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Appointment Coordinator and be the vital link that ensures seamless scheduling and communication with clients. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse customers, manage appointment bookings efficiently, and support our sales team. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us deliver exceptional service while driving operational success.

Duties

Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients via phone, email, and CRM software to optimise daily operations through outbound communication
Undertake outbound calls to customers to secure appointment for Sales team.
Manage inbound telemarketing calls, providing information and booking consultations or meetings as needed
Utilise our bespoke CRM tool to update client records, track interactions, and ensure data accuracy
Communicate clearly ensuring all scheduling details are understood
Collaborate with sales teams to confirm appointments, follow up on cancellations or reschedules, and maximise client engagement
Maintain organised appointment calendars, send reminders, and handle rescheduling requests promptly
Support the team by generating reports on appointment activity and assisting with administrative tasks related to scheduling

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing environments demonstrating strong persuasive communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing client interactions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in appointment setting or scheduling roles is highly desirable
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer service excellence
