Let us build together the European leader in the valorization of bio-based resources.

Our Ambition

ABCB Biopharm, a Greentech startup, is entering a new phase of development. We have developed a proprietary technology - protected by patents in several countries - capable of transforming currently underutilized bio-based resources into high-value-added industrial ingredients.

Our ambition is to establish ourselves as a leading European player in the bioeconomy by supporting industrial companies in their transition toward more sustainable solutions.

To accelerate this growth, we are expanding our founding team to include a Chief Business Officer (Partner) who will share in the company's governance and build the business alongside the scientific founder.

We are seeking a true entrepreneurial partner capable of:

Defining the growth strategy;
Developing industrial partnerships;
Preparing for fundraising rounds;
Structuring the company;
Representing our company to investors and key accounts.

What you will build

You thrive in innovative environments and enjoy industrial challenges and high-impact projects.

Ideally, you have experience in several of the following areas:

B2B business development;
corporate strategy;
fundraising;
industrial partnerships;
complex contract negotiation.

Experience in deep tech, chemicals, materials, cosmetics, or the bioeconomy is an asset.

Soft skills

Entrepreneurial mindset
Resilience, autonomy, leadership
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to represent the company at a high level
