Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Server, where you will be the heart of the customer experience! This dynamic role combines the art of mixing and serving drinks with delivering exceptional hospitality to create memorable moments for our guests. Your energy, attentiveness, and positive attitude will help foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Whether crafting signature cocktails or taking food orders, you’ll play a vital part in creating an engaging and lively environment that keeps guests coming back. Must be 18+

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to food safety standards.
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while balancing guest needs and time management.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations and responsible serving practices to promote a safe environment.
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
Knowledge on cocktail making is required.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service is highly valued.
Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience in serving or bartending roles demonstrates familiarity with customer service expectations and multitasking skills.
