Role Objective

We are looking for a determined and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic production team located in Oxford. The role requires someone with a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in pursuing a career in the print industry would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Machine print finishing – operating and maintaining equipment such as guillotines, folding machines, laminators etc.
Manual print finishing and bench work
Trim, bind, collate, and package printed materials to exact customer specifications
Conduct quality checks throughout the finishing process

Skills and Experience

Experience working in a factory and/or manufacturing setting
An experienced machine operator is desirable, but not essential
The ability to work well as part of a team
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
A flexible attitude within the workplace
A reasonable standard of Maths and English
Able to keep to up with the fast-paced environment
