About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bradford. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and providing a positive customer experience.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, so previous customer service experience is not essential. You will develop practical skills in customer communication, administration, problem-solving and service delivery while working alongside experienced team members.

The role offers a structured environment where you can build your confidence, learn new skills and work towards long-term career progression. As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress into senior customer service or team leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally and courteously with customers through appropriate channels.
Respond to customer questions, requests and general enquiries in a timely manner.
Listen carefully to customer needs and provide clear, helpful information.
Assist customers with queries relating to products, services, bookings or account information.
Resolve straightforward customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when appropriate.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete relevant administrative tasks.
Follow company procedures and customer service standards when handling enquiries.
Work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure customer requests are dealt with efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate useful feedback to the wider team.
Take part in training and development activities to improve customer service, communication and professional skills.

Requirements

No specific degree or professional qualification is required for this entry-level position. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers.
