Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our production. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Applicant must have mode of transport to travel to site***

Duties

Strip and fill moulds with concrete and reinforcing
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
Support skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:15-16:45

Friday 08:15-15:45

Starting pay of £13.25/hour, this will increase after a six month probationary period to £13.50/hour
