Full job description

About Us

We are a knitting wool company that wholesale a number of luxury brands to retailers and businesses worldwide. Our products are high quality natural fibre yarns and premium knitting products and accessories whose quality speaks for itself. We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our team to manage and co-ordinate sales orders and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Managing sales orders through to delivery
Sales Order invoicing, customer payments and following up late payments
Creating shipments with couriers and hauliers and ensuring shipments go out ontime
Managing sales platforms such as Amazon Vendor
Stock Forecasting and Purchase Order creation
Managing inventory levels across 3 locations including conducting stock checks
General warehouse management and organisation
Customer service
Receiving stock deliveries and stock checking

Your profile:

You will have some experience of warehouse operations and fulfilment practices
You with be competent in using spreadsheets including formulas to create forecasts
You will have experience of using Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory and sales orders
Your previous experience will demonstrate the ability to work accurately and at speed
You will be a motivated individual and have a bright personality – we’re a small team and need people who can use initiative and can work with a degree of independence.
You will be a good communicator and team player able to integrate with other team members

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with 1 hr unpaid break. We do not work bank holidays
