More Than a Reception Role – Become the Face of Our Practice

Are you someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making a real difference?

We're looking for an energetic, confident and organised individual to become the heart of our dental practice. This isn't a traditional receptionist role—it's an opportunity to take ownership of the patient experience, help people feel confident about their smiles, and play a key part in growing our practice.

From welcoming patients with a warm smile to guiding them through their treatment journey, creating engaging social media content, and helping showcase the amazing work we do, no two days are the same.

You'll build genuine relationships with our patients, support them from their first enquiry through to the completion of their treatment, and help create an experience they'll want to tell their friends and family about.

We're looking for someone who is naturally positive, loves communicating with people, enjoys being creative, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. If you're proactive, full of ideas, and excited by the opportunity to be more than "just reception," you'll fit right in.

Your Role

You'll be at the heart of our patient experience, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed and supported from their first enquiry through to completing their treatment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service.
Managing patient enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Coordinating consultations and treatment plans.
Following up treatment enquiries and helping patients understand their options.
Supporting patients through their treatment journey from start to finish.
Managing appointment diaries and maintaining an efficient schedule.
Creating and managing engaging social media content.
Capturing before-and-after cases (with consent) and promoting the practice online.
Assisting with marketing campaigns and patient engagement initiatives.
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and contribute to practice growth.

Experience

Experience in dentistry is an advantage but not essential. We value attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
