Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic social environment! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times
Greet guests warmly, take orders promptly, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Book and manage tee-times on the computerised system
Be the point of contact for members and visitors to the course
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices to promote a safe environment for all patrons
Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, handle payments, and issue receipts with precision
Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety standards and intervene when necessary in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and contribute to a lively, positive atmosphere

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory checks
A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to create an inviting environment for all guests
