Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Refrigeration Engineer to join our team and drive excellence in the maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency across various facilities. As a key player in our operations, you will utilize your mechanical expertise and leadership skills to troubleshoot complex systems, perform routine maintenance, and lead repair projects that keep our refrigeration infrastructure running smoothly. Duties

Conduct comprehensive inspections of refrigeration equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs promptly
Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot system faults effectively
Lead maintenance activities on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related mechanical equipment
Repair, replace, or upgrade components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems
Oversee construction or installation projects involving new refrigeration infrastructure or upgrades
Develop preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and longevity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and implement energy-saving solutions

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues
Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding maintenance teams or contractors
Hands-on experience with equipment repair, including compressors, fans, valves, and electrical components
Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their integration with refrigeration units
Solid understanding of maintenance best practices within industrial or commercial settings
Construction experience related to installing or upgrading refrigeration infrastructure
