Job Summary

The Chef de Partie at Napoleon Inn is a vital culinary role responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced pub environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure exceptional food presentation and taste, adhering to food safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced cooks to showcase their skills and contribute to a renowned dining establishment in Boscastle. The role requires dedication, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Duties

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the pub’s recipes and standards.
Assist in the organisation and management of specific sections within the kitchen.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment.
