Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead operational excellence across all departments. This role is ideal for a results-driven hospitality professional with strong leadership and organizational skills.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily hotel operations and guest services.
Lead front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service quality.
Monitor operational performance, budgets, and occupancy targets.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Resolve guest concerns and implement service improvements.
Support staff development and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a related leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
