Job Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of our lively venue! In this dynamic role, you'll craft memorable experiences by serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems smoothly
Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service laws, including responsible serving practices
Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and beverages are available during shifts
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Experience in customer service roles that involve engaging with diverse groups of people
