Full job description

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our Communications Company in Brentwood. This role would suit a candidate with Accounts experience who is looking for a role within a company where they can grow and develop and build a long term career. Telecommunications industry experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities include -

Accounts Admin - Primary Role
Project - Sales Admin - assistance - Secondary Role
Answering incoming calls
Manage the post and emails
Online filing
Purchasing office supplies
Liaise with external supplies
General Office Duties
Full training to be given

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail
Confident Telephone manner
An individual who is proactive
Minimum 2 year office experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
GCSE Maths and English: Pass or higher
Minimum 2 year accounts experience
Xero or alternative accounts software experience essential

Full time, Permanent

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5.15pm
