Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic media production team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with our brand’s vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and proficiency in industry-standard editing software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate communications, and more. The successful applicant will demonstrate technical expertise, artistic sensibility, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished final products using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Incorporate visual effects, transitions, titles, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals and deliver content that meets specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Enhance video quality through color correction, audio balancing, and stabilization techniques.
Integrate motion graphics and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
Maintain organized project files and ensure version control throughout the editing process.
Review edits with stakeholders for feedback and implement revisions accordingly.
Stay updated on the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output quality.
Support photography sessions when needed to capture supplementary visual content.

Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Experience with Final Cut Pro is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of video editing principles, storytelling techniques, and visual composition.
Knowledge of photography principles and basic camera operation skills.
Familiarity with color grading and audio editing software.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and evolving project requirements.
