Full job description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is one of the largest healthcare systems in the United Kingdom, employing approximately 40,000 staff across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million people, and to a wider population of 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.

The role:

We are looking to recruit a multi- disciplinary team secretary to form part of the administrative support team providing a comprehensive, administrative and secretarial support to the community mental health team. The post holder will be an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to achievement of the role of the team through provision of a variety of administrative and secretarial roles. The post holder works independently for much of the time managing calls, emails, rotas and diaries. The post holder will also support the generic functions and duties administered within the wider administrative support team.

This successful candidate will be required to cover sites within West Dunbartonshire HSCP, namely Goldenhill Older Adult Team, Clydebank and Cairnmhor Resource Centre, Dumbarton Joint Hospital.

This post is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa routes.

Duration, Location, and Working Pattern:

Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.

This is permanent, part-time post of 28.8 hours per week.

The role is based at Goldenhill Resource Centre.

The shift pattern is 0900-1645 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 0900-1630 Friday.
