Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether mixing cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, your positive attitude will be key to fostering a fun and safe environment. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently while handling cash and card payments with precision.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills to serve guests promptly.
Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly.
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest consumption and preventing over-serving in compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or similar hospitality environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
Excellent math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing time effectively during peak hours.
Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous; brewing knowledge is a bonus.
