Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, particularly using SOE Exact, would certainly be an advantage.

About the Role

As one of the first people our patients meet, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:

Welcoming every patient with warmth, professionalism and kindness.
Managing appointment diaries efficiently using SOE Exact.
Answering telephone and email enquiries with confidence and empathy.
Supporting patients with appointments, treatment enquiries and payments.
Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems.
Working closely with our clinicians to ensure every patient journey runs smoothly.
Helping create a calm, organised and welcoming reception environment.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice with pride and professionalism.
