Full job description

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for till operations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
