Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processing, and accurate record-keeping. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help drive our sales success and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support sales strategies and meetings.
Coordinate with sales teams to schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely communication with clients.
Assist in processing orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using Sage or other accounting tools.
Maintain organized records of sales documents, contracts, and correspondence for easy retrieval and compliance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly via email or phone, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as calendar management, data entry, and IT troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is essential.
Experience working with Sage accounting software or similar systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new IT tools and systems.
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus; a positive attitude and proactive mindset are essential.
