Job Title: German-Speaking After Sales Support Advisor

Reporting to: After Sales Manager

Location: Chesterfield, UK – On-site

The Role

We are looking for a German-Speaking After Sales Support Advisor to join our growing After Sales team, playing a key role in delivering an outstanding post-purchase experience for our German-speaking trade and retail customers.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to make a real impact in a scaling international business.

You'll work closely with our After Sales, Technical, and Logistics teams, and be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing warranty and aftercare cases, and ensuring German-speaking customers feel supported at every step.

We're a fast-paced, growing business, so this role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer contact (phone, email, and messaging) in German and English, providing clear and helpful after sales support
Manage warranty claims, spare parts requests, and aftercare cases from start to resolution
Liaise with technical and logistics teams to resolve product and delivery issues quickly
Translate and support communications between German-speaking customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records of cases, ensuring information is logged correctly and followed up
Identify recurring issues and share feedback to help improve products and processes

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Fluent written and spoken German and English
Previous experience in customer service, after sales, or a support-based role
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first attitude

Desirable:

Experience in a product-based, manufacturing, or technical support environment
Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
