Job Summary

You will need to be a team player who has a proven track record in sales and is ambitious to grow within the Company. An interest and understanding of vehicles is also required but the successful candidate is not required to have previously worked in the Motor Trade. Truckman is fast moving and has very ambitious growth plans over the coming years and for the right candidate can offer very good prospects and in return has very high expectations of its staff.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing strategic relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will inspire your team and elevate our brand presence in the region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by expanding our market share and fostering long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market presence.
Cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Analyze sales data and market trends using analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for management review.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional initiatives with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to travel within the region frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
