Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced factory setting, contributing directly to the creation of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn new techniques to help drive our production goals forward.

Responsibilities

Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line
Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools to meet quality specifications
Conduct routine inspections of products during manufacturing to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, adhering to health and safety standards
Support warehouse activities such as stock handling, packaging, and loading finished goods
Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution

Requirements

Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools
Previous warehouse or factory experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
