Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. CSCS Card preferred but not essential. Before going out on site and jobs FULL training will be given before and this will be paid.

Responsibilities

Carry out general labour tasks as directed by supervisors
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as required
Follow instructions accurately to ensure project specifications are met.
Day to day will require early starts.
Full driving licence required.
Lifting granite and quartz worktops.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is beneficial
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly
Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
