PRIMARY ROLE & REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

· Build strong relationships with colleagues to maintain effective operations

· Demonstrate excellent administration skills with consistently high attention to detail

· Display excellent attention to details, able to work under pressure, multitask and act on own initiative

· Deliver effective quality checks within a defined service level agreement to ensure the required standards have been met before progressing the case status

· Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Believe Loans processes and procedures

· Demonstrate an understanding of Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly and Vulnerable Customer requirements and embed fully within all daily tasks

· Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the Believe brand

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Scanning and copying documents to a high standard to pass quality assurance and compliance checks

· Scan copies of all post, upload onto the CRM system and distribute to Case Manager

· Scan any original documents and upload them to the CRM system posting back to customer once recorded on original document log

· Distribute In bound Post

· Prepare Outbound Post and ensure all post is sent on time and with correct postage & return to sender details

· Produce and send morning reports to case managers

· Book and Chase Property Valuation reports

· Request 3rd party documents such as consents and BSQs and keep XLSS up to date

· Chase 3rd party lenders for any outstanding information

· Chase customers for any outstanding information

· Update case managers with a case progress report when information is required or received

· Prepare business reports for accounts with 2 weekly completions expectations

· Answer incoming calls from customers, directing calls where appropriate
