Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Channel E-commerce Executive to spearhead our online sales initiatives across various digital platforms. This energetic role involves managing multiple e-commerce channels, optimizing digital content, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
As we expand our UK operations and enter additional European markets, we are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Multi-Channel E-commerce Executive to support the daily management and growth of our marketplace business.

The Role

The Multi-Channel E-commerce Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketplace strategy across Amazon, eBay and selected European platforms.

The role covers product listings, pricing and promotion implementation, advertising support, inventory monitoring, account health, platform administration and marketplace launch projects.

You will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, Supply Chain and Inventory Manager, Customer Service team.

This is an execution-focused role requiring accuracy, organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to identify and resolve marketplace issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities :
Product Listings and Catalogue Management

Create and maintain product listings across Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
Upload and update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, videos and manuals.
Maintain accurate product attributes, categories, variations, EANs, SKUs and platform product identifiers.
Ensure that product dimensions, packaging dimensions, materials, colours, weights and assembly information are accurate.
Check the customer-facing presentation of all listings after publication.
Identify and correct missing attributes, suppressed listings and catalogue errors.
Maintain consistency of product information across all sales channels.
Maintain an accurate and centralised product catalogue.

Marketplace Advertising

Create and maintain advertising campaigns according to an approved strategy and budget.
Monitor campaign spending, sales and conversion performance.
Download and review search-term reports.
Add approved keywords, product targets and negative keywords.
Pause advertising for unavailable or discontinued products.
Identify campaigns with high spending and low conversion.
Prepare weekly advertising reports.
Maintain a clear record of major campaign changes.
Escalate budget or performance issues to the Commercial Operations Manager.
Essential Requirements
At least one to three years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.

Marketplace Account Health

Check marketplace account health and performance notifications daily.
Monitor listing suspensions, policy warnings and service-level performance.
Open, update and follow up marketplace support cases.
Assist with the preparation of documentation for listing reinstatements and appeals.
Maintain records of platform issues, causes and corrective actions.
Escalate serious compliance, product safety, intellectual property or account suspension risks immediately.
Ensure that marketplace deadlines and service-level agreements are met.

Desirable Experience

Experience in furniture, homeware, interiors or other large-item product categories.
Experience with Amazon European marketplaces.
Direct experience using Mirakl.
Knowledge of marketplace feed management, ERP, PIM or order management systems.
Practical experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Experience with at least one additional marketplace, such as eBay or a Mirakl-powered platform.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience managing product listings and large product data sets.
Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools.
Ability to analyse sales, advertising and operational data.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple platforms.
Confidence in communicating with marketplace support teams.
A structured approach to problem-solving and record-keeping.
Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-growing team.
