Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage incoming calls efficiently, routing inquiries to the correct team members and taking detailed messages when necessary
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are accessible and presentable
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Handle correspondence including emails, mail distribution, and document filing with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with office supply inventory management, reordering supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly
