With five London locations (Marylebone, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Wimbledon&Hampstead), we’re known for providing exceptional care and being a reliable employer. We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator! We’re excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team at our brand new practice in Hampstead!

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar position and a genuine passion for working in the dental field. We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys being involved in all aspects of patient care and front-of-house coordination.

What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly, face-to-face liaison for our patients, making them feel right at home!
Guide new patients through all their treatment options, helping them make informed decisions.
Assist our dentists in treatment planning and ensure every patient has a smooth journey.
Work closely with our multidisciplinary team and practice manager to deliver top-notch care.
Keep our patient database organized and make sure communications run like clockwork.
Always be on the lookout for ways to improve how we do things and make our patient experience even better!

A warm, friendly, and positive personality that loves helping others – especially our younger patients!
A can-do attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to make every patient’s journey easier and more enjoyable.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Dental experience is essential – we want someone who knows their stuff and has experience working with patients.
Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with a diverse group of professionals.

Position Details:

Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week).
You’ll work 5 days a week, including 2 Saturdays per month and 2 days working from home per month(after probation)
