We are seeking a Learning Programme Manager to oversee programme delivery, coordinate learning activities, and support high-quality training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage learning programmes, training schedules, and delivery workflows
Coordinate with trainers, learners, clients, administrators, and service partners
Monitor attendance, learner feedback, programme quality, and performance reports
Support course planning, training materials, documentation, and programme updates
Assist with process improvements to strengthen learning delivery and service standards
Prepare reports, schedules, learner records, and operational updates
Ensure training activities follow company policies, quality procedures, and client requirements

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in learning and development, training coordination, education services, programme management, or client support
Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
Experience working with trainers, learners, business clients, or professional development programmes is an advantage

Reporting, scheduling, and documentation

Strong organisation, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications in training, learning and development, project coordination, or programme management are an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
