Head of Transformation

Salary: £74,585 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Service area: Group

The role

As an experienced transformation leader, you will establish and lead our Group-wide transformation programme, shaping the future of our organisation through digital innovation, service redesign and business improvement.

You will champion innovation, technology, automation and AI, leading major programmes including the replacement of our Housing Management System and helping to shape the Group's future operating model.

What we’re looking for

Essential

Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) with evidence of continuing professional development.
Proven experience leading large-scale organisational transformation across people, processes, technology and culture.

Experience developing and delivering transformation strategies, roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.

Strong understanding of organisational, digital and business transformation, including technology-enabled change.

Ability to influence, challenge and advise Executive Teams, Boards and senior stakeholders.

Desirable

Professional qualification in organisational development, Lean Six Sigma, programme management or executive leadership.

Experience within social housing or another highly regulated, customer-focused sector.
