Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Team Member and become the heartbeat of our lively hospitality environment! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, in a fast paced area
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with safety regulations.
Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate billing and change handling.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal alcohol service guidelines.
Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively, positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Skills

Strong background of minimum 5 years in serving drinks unsupervised with excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and drink measurements under pressure.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike.
Familiarity with serving techniques and bar equipment operation including changing barrels and gas cylinders and restocking drinks.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for long periods, and move stock when relevant
Weekend and evening availability is essential
